I was very impressed with this location. It is always scary going to a new eye dr. Especially surg. IRENE LEE. Was amazing. It was the beginning of the day appt. First time, referred by daughter in law. She was so kind explained everything to me, and ask 3 times if I understood and had questions. Staff were very gentle and explain things as we were doing it and what to expect in the test/room. Very happy with this place!

Nothing went wrong. They did everything right. Special thanks to Tony who took the lead when I showed without an appointment. He lead his team to deliver an excellent experience for me. Thanks to the ladies too. Thank goodness nothing serious with my eye.

Honestly I couldn’t be more thrilled to trust Dr. Shetty, his reputation, bedside manner and his friendly efficient staff to operate on my eyes during to cataract. I am trusting him with the recommended multifocal lenses. More to come 45 days from now post my surgery!

I have nothing but gratefulness for Dr Miles and all his staff at the Neptune Beach and Southpoint surgery offices. Having eye surgery is not something you grow up looking forward to. However, from 1st appointment to post op it was a pleasure 🙏🏾. I recommend Dr Miles and his team to anyone needing cataract surgery. All areas of the facility was clean and everything was organized. I never waited longer than a few mins past my appointment (and I needed that time to pray and catch my breath). I am scheduled for my other eye surgery in June and have no doubt Dr Miles and his team will be just as professional. I highly recommend Dr Miles and his staff!

I had an eye emergency. Dr. Krzyanowsk worked me into her schedule and gave me a thorough eye exam to find the problem. She and her staff were patient and professional! I really appreciate the excellent care I received and highly recommend this practice.
