We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Kosko and his team. We originally sought a second opinion based on a recommendation from a friend, and we are so glad we did. One of the things we appreciated most was that Dr. Kosko truly listened to our concerns and took the time to understand what we were saying. The entire staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and supportive throughout the process. Surgery went smoothly, and the care we received at the hospital was exceptional as well. The hospital staff and physicians were all wonderful and helped make what could have been a stressful experience much easier. We are extremely grateful for the excellent care we received and couldn't be more thankful. We highly recommend Dr. Kosko and his team!

I brought my son here for a consultation. Scheduling was simple. We were able to get an appointment fairly quickly. The office is easy to find and clean. We were seen for our appointment on time. The staff were friendly. We saw Dr. Jaryszak for our consultation. He was thorough and kind. He took his time and explained everything and answered all of my questions. My son had a good experience. Billing was straightforward. No complaints.

Dr. Gottschall is truly an angel. From the moment we met him, he was so kind, reassuring, and compassionate with both our family and our son. His entire team made our little boy feel comfortable and safe before surgery, which meant so much to us as nervous parents. We originally went in because of our concerns about our son’s loud snoring, gasping for air in his sleep, and constant ear infections. Dr. Gottschall immediately recognized that his tonsils and adenoids were severely enlarged and explained everything thoroughly to us. He quickly scheduled surgery and also placed ear tubes to help with drainage, healing, and preventing future infections. The surgery itself was quick, smooth, and thankfully had no complications. We are beyond grateful for the care, attentiveness, and professionalism we received throughout this process. It is never easy trusting someone with your child, but Dr. Gottschall gave us complete confidence every step of the way. We highly, highly recommend him and are so thankful for everything he has done for our son.

The office staff was terrible at answering the phone or returning messages. It took me almost 3 weeks to get an appointment and then when I tried to pay surgical fees over the phone I was put on hold multiple times and hung up on. Finally my husband got through to them to be able to pay. All of the providers (doctors, Nps, etc) were amazing but even showing up there and trying to check out no one would be at the desk but you would see others in the back on their phones.

Let me start off by we LOVE my daughters doctors they are absolutely wonderful. She had adenoids and ear tubes procedure and they were absolutely wonderful couldn’t ask for better doctors. Doctors are 5 stars. BUT the office and billing department? 0 stars. Your worst nightmare. Need an appt? Better schedule before you leave your current appt or you’ll never get through on the phone to make one. Need to reschedule? Too bad they don’t answer then either. Don’t bother leaving a voicemail they won’t even call back. Billing department? Even worse. Multiple voicemails about bills to never get a call back to receive a letter threatening collections with a bill pay site that doesn’t even have this office nor shows the bill to begin with. Having to mail a letter just to cancel my daughter’s care along with her final bill because we will not be continuing care with this office. Trust me find a different office. We ended up returning after receiving a couple of phone calls from them. So far we haven’t had the same issue again. Everything’s been smooth.
