I absolutely loved my experience at See Clearly Vision with Dr. Dawn Williams. She is so knowledgeable and attentive. She really cares about getting the right fit for my contacts. She is personable and remembers the details of just a simple conversation we had a couple of weeks prior. She offered words of encouragement and is just a pleasure to speak with. The staff is also so helpful and willing to get an answer as soon as possible. I really appreciate all that they do and especially Dr. Williams for setting the tone and providing such great service.

Very professional staff. They treated me with respect, and made me feel like I was their only patient. Dr Rajpal was very transparent with me. He educated me about the anatomy of the eye, the progression and prognosis of my eye condition. Most importantly, he recommended monitoring the condition for now because it does not warrant surgery at this point. I left the office feeling relieved because a previous doctor had convinced me to get surgery. I was satisfied with my overall experience. So glad I got a second opinion.

Dr. Tagayun is an excellent doctor. I have been very happy with her care and she is knowledgeable and kind. Unfortunately, my experience with the administrative side of the practice has been difficult. Compared with other medical practices, the office can feel messy and chaotic, particularly when it comes to communication and follow-up. It is hard to get in touch with the front desk - for an urgent question I once physically went into the office to avoid the AI agent answering system and long wait times (once I was even directed to an out-of-state call center.) There is no online scheduling or secure messaging system. I understand that managing a large volume of calls is challenging, but the lack of accessible communication options makes it very difficult to resolve issues that require follow-up. Poor communication and follow-up have resulted in delays getting prescriptions—for example, being told a prescription would be sent via one method and then having it sent somewhere else without notification, or a pharmacy saying they couldn’t reach the office regarding medications. Most recently, it took nearly a month and weekly follow-up to obtain a summary of my visit notes. I was ultimately able to get help from Eduardo, who was very helpful (too bad there’s no direct line to Eduardo!) I would recommend Dr. Tagayun herself, but I hope the practice can improve its administrative systems, communication, and follow-up. I would be very nervous about having a more serious procedure with the lack of coordination and timely communication at this office.

She is caring, consistent and careful when preparing me for scary news like cataract surgery, all while connecting me to the best eye surgeon at See Clearly.

Highly professional and personable. Dr. Williams has cared for me for several years. I drive from Silver Spring to Virginia in traffic for her expert eye treatment! She is competent and reassuring.
