Had an outstanding experience! Went in to make an appointment and they were able to get me in right away. Never felt rushed during my appointment. The entire staff was so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for exceptional eye care and outstanding customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Phenomenal care from front desk to Optometrist. I started going here in my 20s and 2 decades later, I drive from downtown KC because I love their care.
I can genuinely say this was the best experience I have ever had at an optometry appointment. The staff in the office were my literal hype team! I left feeling so great and so excited for my new frames. More than that, Dr. Blood-White was very thorough. She took her time, answered all my questions, and explained exactly what she was doing and why.
Focal Point Eye Care is an incredible establishment! After finding a wonderful eye doctor during grad school, I was honestly a bit worried of finding another one that provided such a stellar experience, and I can tell you I have found that here! From the phone call to book the appointment, through the exam and picking frames, it was 10/10. If I could give all the stars, I would! Please go here so they always have clients and never close!!!
