I was in town from the Chicago area on a family vacation when my left eye started stinging. I ran to FPO (Fullerton location), not knowing what to expect. The staff was warm and welcoming. Dr. Chris found the problem and right away knew what to do. He never rushed me, he explained everything and was very kind. The staff was equally amazing! They even gave me Disney tips (Ric, Megan and Stephany). I was so relieved to have found a great place such as FPO. Thank you FPO for making me feel welcome and for going out of your way with your kindness!!! You guys are the best!! Wish I could have you over in the Chicagoland area!!!

The staff were all pleasant! Dr Arellano is such a knowledgeable, friendly, pleasant Doctor. He explains everything in a way that patients really understand what’s going on with their vision. He answered any questions I had. I highly recommend this practice.

Wonderful group to work with!! Always feel welcomed here with a high level of professionalism. From the first testing to Doctor to glasses fitting, all are great!! You can ask questions and everything is explained so you understand your overall health with your eyes and possible future treatments you might need. Totally recommend !

I have been going to Focal Point Optometry for a couple of years now and they are wonderful! I like the ease of booking an appointment, the on time of seeing the doctor for my appointment, and the thoroughness of the exams! I never feel rushed during the appointment (and I always have questions!) and I genuinely feel like they care! I highly recommend them for your vision needs.
