My visit was very pleasant. The receptionist was prompt, friendly and eager to help. There was No waiting after paperwork was submitted. There were Respectful technicians that were good at their tasks. Dr Hamilton was knowledgeable, easy with whom to communicate, clear in his observations and a kind no nonsense gentleman. What a wonderful staff! They took care of my problem quick. I was seen by Dr. Falb, he diagnosed me and had his staff them to refer me to SVA. An appointment was made sooner than I expected. Thanks Focal Pointe for such wonderful service.
