It was my 5-year-old’s first eye appointment, and we had such a wonderful experience. The staff at the front desk were so kind, welcoming, and helpful. The girls in the back were also amazing—they were incredibly patient with my child and so sweet throughout the visit. Dr. Slotwinsk was outstanding. She was very thorough, took the time to explain everything in detail, and truly made sure my child received the best possible care. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a caring, knowledgeable team, especially for children!

Dr. Slotwinski is amazing! She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and has exceptional attention to detail. She always takes the time to explain everything thoroughly and treats everyone with respect and genuine care. The entire office has a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and the staff is friendly, professional, and helpful. I also appreciate that the staff is bilingual, which makes the experience even more comfortable and accessible. I’ve visited several optometry offices over the years, and this is by far the best in the area. I always have a great experience here and highly recommend Dr. Slotwinski and her team!

Focus and Frames Eye Care is amazing! The staff is wonderful and truly makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. The front desk lady is very kind and helpful—she helps you with the paperwork and makes the process easy and stress-free. The doctor is extremely helpful and takes her time during the exam. She explains everything clearly and answers all your questions without rushing. The eye contact and glasses specialist is also amazing. She helps you step by step if you’re struggling to put contacts in, explains how to do it properly, and asks how they feel to make sure you’re comfortable. Overall, a great experience with caring, patient, and professional staff. I highly recommend Focus and Frames Eye Care!

I took my 6-year-old son to Focus and Frames Eye Care for his first eye exam, and the experience was wonderful! Claudia at the front desk was super sweet and welcoming. Liz was great when checking his eyes before we saw Dr. Jennifer, who was incredibly patient and kind with my hyper little one. Dr. Jennifer was very thorough with her exam and took the time to answer all my questions. I was told his glasses would take 7–10 days, but I got a call just 2 days later that they were ready! Excellent service from start to finish — highly recommend!
