I visited this location for the first time today as a new patient. My only complaint would be that I wasn’t greeted/acknowledged when I walked in. The lady was on the phone, but she still didn’t say anything when she hung up. Not a huge deal or a dealbreaker just my first impression. (I will note that she did seem a little overwhelmed) Dr. Robert’s was very jovial. Seemed like a super nice guy. He noted I had a stigmatism, which is not something that I have been told in previous appointments (from previous doctor). I appreciated him noticing and addressing the issue. The lady who did my initial exams before I saw, Dr. Roberts was friendly and the lady who checked me out, was also friendly. Overall, a good experience.

Needed a quick follow up after visiting the ER for an eye injury. Was able to see Dr. Luke the next day. She did a thorough examination, explained my situation and prescribed appropriate medicine. I was feeling better by late afternoon. Dr Luke is very knowledgeable and kind. Her staff is also professional and friendly. I heartedly recommend this practice.

I am an 85 year old diabetic and went in today for my yearly eye exam after having cataracts removed on both eyes. I started with Dr. Mike Shannon 40 years ago and since his passing have seen Dr. Roberts. He and his staff are great and I am very fortunate to have them so close to me in Flowery Branch!

Dr. Roberts is awesome. He takes the time to explain and makes sure all your needs are taken care of. The staffs there are super friendly too. They great you with a wonderful smile always.

Easy to arrange appointments. The staff are always attentive and polite, showing a sincere effort to be helpful. The doctor was easy to talk to and never made me feel rushed. I do have a problem with one eye and she assured me we would follow up with another procedure in two weeks and proceed from there.
