I had PRK surgery and let’s just say us in healthcare do not make the best patients lol but Dr. Strauss and his team were amazing! They made me feel at ease during the whole procedure. I do not have the best pain tolerance and ended up calling the emergency line ( on a weekend at that!) and Dr.Kim went above and beyond for me! She even called the following day to check on me. She is a gem! I can truly say GOD blessed me with an amazing team. You are in great hands here.

Her customer service is impeccable, and she goes above and beyond to ensure that you’re well-informed throughout the entire process. Very pleasant staff. From the beginning to the end. Doctor Kim was very informative throughout the exam process. And might I add the eyeglass selection for a private doctor’s office is superb! Their selection of designer frames are just as nice as a LensCrafters and affordable. Best place for eyes in Braselton.

I went in for a consult for lasik and while there Dr Strauss was very helpful. I’m not a simple case and he did so many test and explained all so well and how to move forward to get the best results possible for my situation. I had inquired at my last doctor about lasik and was just old no! Not a plan or to help my vision just a NO not a candidate. But Dr Strauss took the time to explain a helpful plan.

Dr. Kim and her staff are efficient, professional, and thorough. The office is clean, tidy, and organized. I got in and out quickly and had a pleasant experience.
