I had a great appointment experience with Dr Alicia Hill in the Hamilton Mill location on 6/12/26. She and her MA were very thorough and very sweet. They answered all of my questions and listened to my concerns. I love this office, from the time you walk in until the time you leave it’s always been a pleasant experience!
I had a very pleasant experience at the EyeMed office. Dr. Tricia Hill along with the entire staff, was extremely respectful, professional, and helpful throughout my visit. They took the time to address my concerns and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I truly appreciate the level of care and attention I received and would highly recommend this office to others.
Dr. Hill is amazing. She takes her time and really talk through "what's going on" next steps and recommendations. It felt great too laugh and not fell judged when I didn't know my left from right! 😂
I rarely write reviews, but I felt like I needed to share my experience. It took almost two hours for me to be seen by the doctor, which is honestly ridiculous. I understand that offices run behind sometimes, but I had a 9:00 am appointment and the waiting room wasn’t even busy. The staff was very nice, but unfortunately my experience with Dr. Hill was the exact opposite. Her bedside manner was almost nonexistent. I felt like my concerns were brushed off, and instead of explaining what might be going on or giving me any guidance on my situation, she just told me to follow up with my chiropractor and that was basically it. The way the appointment ended really rubbed me the wrong way too. She handed my paperwork to the receptionist and walked away without saying goodbye, apologizing for the wait, or even thanking me for coming in. It just felt very cold. And to top it off, when I walked out there wasn’t a single person in the waiting room. I honestly don’t understand how a 9:00 am appointment ended up taking almost two hours. I’ve been going to the eye doctor every year since I was around 12, and I’ve never had an experience like this. I’ve actually been to more than one Thomas Eye Group location before and did not have this same experience. I left with no answers and no real direction, just feeling frustrated. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this office.
EYE would recommend. Dr. Anderson was very knowledgeable and got me through the eye exam pretty quickly. He had no problems answering any questions. Everyone was very professional .
