I had called several offices around the area and was told they start seeing children at the age of 7. My child was kindergarten age and I was happy to know Victory Eye Care sees children who can identify their letters. The office is small, but quaint. The receptionists were very friendly and polite. Since this was my child’s first time for an eye exam, they were very patient with my son. Dr. Nguyen was very complementary of how my son behaved and followed directions during the exam. She was also very knowledgeable. She explained how the exam would go and what she was looking for according to what we might have had concerns about with his eyes. I liked their selection of frames for children and they were affordable. The office was clean and presentable. I would recommend this office to others.

My experience @Victory Eye Care ,, From the front desk staff to the optometrist was a 5 star. Staff very polite and friendly . Very professional I have absolutely no complaints . I called to let them know that I might be a few minutes late and the response was no worries. I arrived about 5 or 6 minutes late and still was seen right away. I highly recommend Victory Eye Care. My Exam was in depth no waiting for choosing my frame. The Service was top notch. Thanks Victory EyeCare for taking care of my needs. 👍🏼👍🏼❤️❤️ Sharon Simmons
Friendly and helpful. They care about their clients and make you feel welcomed. Went in to ask if they could fix my glasses I bought 3 years ago. They replaced the screw that fell out and put the lens back in with no question. I highly recommend them and will only go here for exams and glasses.
I will edit this review every day for the rest of my life. This place DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU!!!! EDITED TO ADD AGAIN: today I received an email back from them telling me that I did attend the appointment they billed my medical insurance for. Which is simply a lie. I walked in the lobby, they told me they didn’t take my insurance (which obviously is incorrect now in hindsight, since they did bill my insurance) and I left immediately. I was never seen by any medical professional. So I’ve changed my two star review to a 1 now. Edited to add that I got a bill today for an appointment I never had. So changed to a 2 star review from a 3. I’m sad to leave this review, as I had positive experiences here for so many years. But recently I had to switch insurance - my company’s choice, not mine. Because of this, they didn’t accept my new insurance. Which is fine. HOWEVER, I couldn’t get into another eye doctor for 2-3 months and the front office staff said they’d talk to Dr. Thomas about giving me another month of my glaucoma eye drops to get me by. I called twice and never received a response. They obviously don’t care about patient’s needs if they can’t do something simple when I’ve been prescribed this medication for years. Disappointing.
My experience with Victory Eye Care was very disappointing. I experienced significant delays in receiving my trial contact lenses, which took much longer than expected. When I finally received them, I communicated that they were uncomfortable and requested to try different options. Instead of working with me to find a suitable alternative, I was told I would need to pay $129 for a new eye exam, even though my initial exam was only three months prior. This felt unreasonable and not patient-focused. I expected more professionalism and flexibility, especially within such a short timeframe of my original visit. Overall, my experience was frustrating and I will not be returning or recommending this office based on how my situation was handled.
