Called three times to make an appointment and they simply could not figure out how to do it. The first call they told me they did not accept my insurance so I called my insurance company and confirmed that they are indeed on my plan. The second call they hung up on me mid sentence and on the third call Jackie said she wasn’t sure that my insurance carrier was correct in telling me they are in network BUT she had no way of actually verifying the benefits nor could she transfer me to anyone that could verify. They never even asked for my insurance information. I have never heard of a practice not believing or questioning that you have insurance when you have your insurance information available to give them. They must be over flowing with patients and simply don’t care.

Everyone was extremely nice and very professional. The office is very easy to find and very clean. All procedures were fully explained and I am well pleased with the care I received.
North Georgia Eye Associates made me feel confident about the new changes in my right eye. I was very concerned about the increased number of floaters and I'm was not sure what to do. I wanted to see a practice that would do a thorough assessment of my situation. I was able to make an appointment quickly to assess these changes. Dr. Novotny made me feel confident that this was a normal aging process and that the new floaters were not a sign of something more serious. I appreciate their professionalism and support. I will definitely return when it is time for a new eye exam.
All the staff at the office are super nice. When I was being scheduled Tara did a great job working with my schedule. The tech Vivian was awesome and nailed my prescription, plus she's a cutie. Overall great experience.
I enjoyed the courteous nature of the staff and the time they spent with me. Dr. Pan was helpful in addressing my desire to change my progressive lenses, but seemed in a hurry and quickly told me I have cataracts but didn't really address what to do about them. I will likely go back to this location but might possibly choose a different doctor. Also I was charged more than I had intended because they had to bill my medical insurance instead of my vision insurance simply because of the cataracts. Little frustrating!
