Me and both of my girls have been going here for years, Everyone is amazing, very professional, super friendly. We always make all our appointments at the same time so we’re there a long time picking out glasses after the exams. They really go above and beyond helping us with our frames and always making sure we are happy . We won’t go anywhere else .

Clarkson has always been very professional and customer service oriented. Recently I had an eye exam and ordered contacts. The lady at the front desk went above and beyond to help me get a contact lens rebate. Highly recommend for your vision needs!
Jonathan and Heather are extremely professional and knowledgeable within the standard of their position with Clarkson eye Care. There are always gray areas for each experience of the patient. Especially when it comes to eye care. Understandably they have 30 days but I was told with my monovision and progressive lenses that I needed to give it time. Definitely was past 30 days but not out of a reasonable time to give it due diligence. Also having surgery on another health matter affected this time of "eye adapting". These prescription glasses cause nausea, and the inability to wear them while driving as it caused a small minor accident with my daughter's car in front of me because the depth perception is uncertain and makes it unsafe. Also watching television, the closed captioning was not just blurred but with double vision. I did call several times for an appointment and they indicated just to come on in. So after speaking with Heather about my concerns and my inability to wear these glasses which are a a pretty good investment being that they are the higher end of the transition, She said she spoke to her DM and she agreed that although it's past the 30 days she would offer a 30% for new glasses and lenses. I came in for another eye exam which was covered by my insurance, and opted for two single vision glasses. They have a particular special in which the second pair is 50% off. So I inquired then about the 30% and then was informed because I'm getting a deal a 50% off the second pair which is better than the 30% and I have insurance which is covering the eye exam and part of the first pair of lenses that it's not applicable. Well, I don't work for Clarkson but those are questions that should have been raised by both Heather and her DM Christina Hess. She should have asked Heather whether or not I have insurance because Heather said that when Christina made the offer she did not know that I had insurance. Again, questions that should have been asked and not directly affected to the patient. So now after spending the initial $465.00, I have now just invested an additional $545.48. I received several messages for the wrong time for my appointments. I know they're automated but it's just concerning with this type of investment, that Clarkson is okay with this quality for a patient. And then to have offered an incentive, and then to take that away using the unreasonable excuse that my insurance is better than the 30% discount. That 30% offer was just to offset what potentially could have been corrected with the very first set of transition glasses. I would return to Clarkson as I do appreciate their knowledge and professionalism. But I will be very hesitant and having that satisfaction or peace of mind knowing that they will have my 100% concern. It would just been nice to have a company in your corner with this type of investment. For all future transactions I will have to definitely piece everything together and make sure it's crystal clear on both ends because it can be interpreted to their advantage and not the patient. Hoping that this is something that would be resolved in the future for future patients. I hope this helps anyone else considering Clarkson eye Care.
Got recommended here, and loved the experience, they took care of me and treated me like family! Dr. Nguyen would highly recommend! Very knowledgeable, very patient, and walked me through everything!
The staff was great. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Nguyen was fantastic. Very thorough and willing to let you try a variety of lenses until you’re satisfied
