I went for a eye exam so I may get my prescription for eye glasses and was told during the exam that they recommended another test that my Medicare don’t cover and it would cost me like $30 for that exam, I told them I could not afford it as I am on Social Security and by the time my bills are paid I it doesn’t leave me much of anything for the month. So they started my exam and apply went ahead and run that test anyway. Well after my exam I went to check out and they charged me $30 , I told them I did not have it and did not want the test that cost that 30. So I was unable to pay . I asked for my prescription copy and they said they would not release it until the 30 was paid. I am on disability and I can barely afford my prescriptions for my meds and am to this day unable to see properly because I still have no glasses That being said I don’t even feel Focus On Eyes even deserves a 1 star under my review. I will Never Go Back there and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Bad Bad Business!!!!

Staff is always very friendly and helpful when trying to select new frames. Dr. Featherer is also very attentive and explains things well.
