We are traveling across the country and I left my contact lenses! My Dr. sent my prescription and this office was so kind, friendly, and gracious to help me!! They provided me with 5 days of trial contacts to last me until I get me back home! Truly one of the friendliest and most helpful places I have ever been! So thankful for their kindness!!

I as a parent was very pleased with Dr. Followell's office...from moment walking in door front desk ladies where so nice and sweet...didn't wait long at all...Dr. Joe was very polite and super nice...My son Bryce liked him a lot...Lady helping Bryce picking out his new glasses...was so sweet and very helpful...Great Job guys...So happy with all the eye group doctors we have seen...They and Van Buren are very lucky to have Dr. Joe and his staff :)

The only reason I did not give the rating of Excellent, is because I rarely ever do. If you wanted to be treated like family go to Followell, O.D. for your eye care. I had a very good experience. I really like the option of making appointments online. Thank you, Followell.
