Terrible experience!!! There is a lot of confusion between seeing Doctor and getting the glasses right with optical. Also, my two special needs boys were with me picking up glasses for my 10 yr old. Girl in optical raises her voice at me when I am explaining what the Doctor promised as far as glasses and she continued to raise voice while my voice remained normal. My boy held his ears from sensory issues because of her voice being raised and while I was telling her.. “ma’am I am the customer, I am trying to tell you what the Doctor said,” She continued rude, voice level elevated, and told me “customer isn’t always right.” Very, very rude and unprofessional! Will never go back and will let all those I know hear of my experience. Too bad because most staff were polite and professional.
