Mercy Clinic Ophthalmology - Fort Smith

Very disappointed with my visit that I never got seen at. I have Humana vision it clearly states they take it. The front desk woman did not know what she was doing just told me that they don’t take it! When she supposably looked it up it showed I wasn’t eligible? So which is it? When I was showing her my profile with Humana. I was eligible and I showed her they take the insurance . I wasted my lunch hour to find out they don’t take an insurance that is clearly taken. This put a bad taste in my mouth. I’ve seen Dr Renner before and never had an issue with the same insurance. I will definitely not be returning. You need educate your front desk employees.

Brooke Hailey Houser, OD is who I saw. She has a wonderful personality and is very patient. I have many disabilities and she did not give up on me like some Dir.'s have done in the past. Understanding a patients needs makes an excellent Dr. in my opinion. Her staff assisting her was just as good and very helpful.

Tried to Schedule a Appointment for my developmentally delayed son he is 9 months old developmentally but chronically he 4 years old he has sensory issues he can't wear a mask he rips them to pieces he don't understand why he has to wear one they refused him. But Arkansas Vision Development Center will see him with open arms and very caring they so compassionate towards him. I'm so disappointed in Y'all I wouldn't take my dog here

Called to ask how much my simple eye exam will cost. They have no idea, and they don't know what the insurance will cover. So I asked to cancel the appointment and the staff member hung up on me with out even getting my name.

Drs. Greer; Houser and Reiner are superb They take time to treat their patients and are very thorough. I feel safe and satisfied going here. The best ophthalmologists in Fort Smith !
