Everyone here is fantastic! We have a large family, and they are very accommodating and friendly with us. We had a horrible experience with another eye dr in the area and changed to dr mark and it was the best decision. Dr mark is very thorough with our special vision issues. The techs that work with the glasses are very patient with our needs. All the other staff are friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
Ive been going to Dr. Mark for several years now and I can't recommend him enough! He's very thorough in the exams and very straightforward in telling you what he's seeing. He told me i have a freckle on my eye, i didnt know you could have a freckle on your eye!! All the staff are all super nice and helpful. Always helpful in finding the best frames and making sure everything is straight. Ive recommended him to all my family/friends/co workers. 5 stars!! Adding onto this post: Dr Mark recommended a new type of lense, Work Space(I think). I work at a desk with 2 monitors, which was making me use my bifocals more than normal. They did take a bit of an adjustment, to get used to them, but I've definitely notice a difference, a better difference.
I have used Dr. Mark's Eyecare 10+ years and always received excellent care. I have trusted them to provide the same care to my family. I don't know if it applies to others, but for me taking my family is the highest vote of confidence I can offer.
This practice is extremely professional! I moved from another state and Dr. Mark has caught two eye issues he is Diligently monitoring thus far. He even sent me to the retinal specialist that confirmed his findings. They also have a lot of fun glasses there and with the lab they use I can see crystal clear with my prescriptions.
They are a friendly and caring staff. Dr. Mark is wonderful and very thorough! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
