Great experience. I was very nervous because I've never had an eye exam or glasses before and I had 1 million questions. The two woman working in the office were both very professional and friendly. The place was very busy but they helped everyone promptly and in detail. I heard them refit someone's glasses and call someone's insurance. Dr V was amazing. So friendly and informative and kept answering my questions until I had a very clear understanding of my options with no pressure to choose anything right away. So grateful I found this place!

The staff here is amazing. They made the whole process easy and stress-free for my child. Everyone was kind, knowledgeable, and great with kids. If you're looking to get eyeglasses for your children, I would definitely recommend this place. We’ll be coming back.

Made the appointment for 12:20 pm. Got there early. Filled in paperwork. One and half hours later we were told “the doctors gone on her lunch…. would you like to see her later or book another appointment tomorrow?” No thanks…there’s other places in Oak Park.

The environment was clean and put together. Heidi and Justin are super kind and so helpful. I’m very picky with my glasses and Justin managed to pick the perfect shapes for me ! They made me feel very welcomed and have gained a loyal customer.

Amazing service as always! Came a few years ago and they helped a lot. And with today’s visit i feel like i had an even better experience. Heidi was an amazing help especially helping me pick frames. Our conversation being full of laughter and how we can relate to one another made it even better! Love this place 100/10
