I had an amazing experience at For Eyes! The opticians here, Jean and Vanessa are exceptional—they were so kind, patient, thoroughly explained all the processes, and were incredibly knowledgeable. I felt completely comfortable and cared for. I was even impressed that Jean remembered me from my visit last year! It’s rare to find that level of personal care. Highly recommend this team!
Atlanta at the Evergreen location is a very professional, and knowledgeable eye care specialists. She made my experience a very positive one and I was honored to have her as my specialist. She guided me through the eye exam and helped me navigate the purchase of my much needed glasses. She is the reason for the 5 stars and she deserves much more.
Jean! She is the BEST! Not only did she advise me on what type of eyewear would be best for me, but she also went a step above and beyond. Jean is very knowledgeable in her approach about optometry and eyewear. I had an absolutely amazing experience at For Eyes. Jean was incredibly welcoming and had great organizational skills. I never waited long, and she explained all the preliminary tests clearly before I saw the doctor. Jean was cheerful, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain my eye exam results and asked if I had any questions. She is a keeper! I Highly recommend!
Jean was AMAZING! Made me feel extremely comfortable, explained every exam to me and what was going on and even helped me better understand my insurance and what would be offered to me. You can really tell she loves what she does and loves helping people! In spaces like this we need more Jean’s lol. Extremely nice, helpful and friendly. Also my first time with For Eyes, really nice and clean location the staff was nice and extremely helpful. Had a great first experience!
I had a 9:00am appointment. For eyes were not open when I got there. Once the young lady( Alante) arrived, she was very sweet and patient. Took care of me as soon as she could and customer service was top notch. I would be back, if I have to come back. Amazing job. I can’t wait to receive my glasses.
