⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I stopped by with a pair of sunglasses that had lost the correct screw, causing the lens to pop out. Keny and Amber were incredibly helpful and got them fixed quickly. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy. It’s rare to find customer service this good these days. Had a good experience with the virtual visit. Dean was very friendly and helpful, very knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy. The other staff members were very friendly as well , made me feel very comfortable. The doctor was great.I highly recommend this place.

No refund for glasses I hated. Store says they offered 100% satisfactory gaurentee. I picked up my new glasses and hated them. Focus spot was wrong and it felt bad. They said " try it longer and come back if still dis satisfied. Came back the next week and was very unhappy. They said nothing we could do about it. I asked for refund and they said the glasses were already made. I hated them so much that I tried contacts but I just cant afford them in long run.
