This is an incredible place! Dr. Richard Berman is the best doctor we ever had. He was incredibly patient with my mom and took his time to answer all our questions and concerns.

I have been going to this doctor for years and will continue to do so. I have always received excellent care and truly appreciate the professionalism and dedication of the entire team. Ethan is very kind and always willing to help customers. I was fortunate to have her assist me. She listened patiently to all of my questions and concerns and made sure I understood everything. She also fixed my husband’s glasses, which had become loose, and took the time to adjust them carefully until they fit perfectly. I truly appreciated her excellent customer service and attention to detail.

The staff is ok but the Jamaican receptionist is brutal and annoyingly petty. The doc lets her run the show so she has a fake sense of authority! We got there for a 2:00 p.m. for our appointment at 1:45 p.m. and they took a walk in before us! I don’t want to think it was racial discrimination but the people ahead of us were older and white, probably retired, while I’m leaving work to make this appointment on my lunch hour! This sucks really big time that someone can jump ahead of you, as a walk in appointment😡 I will NEVER come here again!

I recently purchased prescription glasses here and about a week later, the same items were offered at a significantly higher discount. I asked if there was any way to adjust the price or offer a partial credit, especially since they have a 30-day return policy, but was told no. The manager was polite, but | was disappointed there was no flexibility at all. It felt like poor customer service for a situation that could have been easily resolved. I was frustrated that a situation like this couldn’t be handled with a bit more consideration. Because of this experience, I’ll likely take my business elsewhere in the future.

Love! Love! Love! Dr. Berman is the sweetest man ever. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. I’ve been to a few places and this is by far my favorite. They have great sales as well
