It was my first time visiting a For Eyes store. I was greeted warmly as soon as I walked in. I needed to purchase frames for a new prescription, and there were a lot of options. I didn't want to go high in cost, and they had frames that were reasonably priced. Rose worked with me to place my order, and I was in and out pretty quickly. My eyeglasses were ready less than a week later. Overall, I had a great experience.

Went in to replace my glasses. I received excellent service from start to finish! Everyone was knowledgeable and pleasant. When I came back to pick up my glasses they were ready, the desk person was helpful and pleasant. If I could give them a 10, I would!!!

Great customer service and quick repairs if you ever need to fix your glasses in case the lenses fall out. Walter is a cool, professional guy and knows what he is doing to help customers. He fixed my lenses back into my frame for free during my first visit. I plan to come back here to support For-Eyes.

From the paperwork all the way through ordering, everything moved efficiently — yet never felt rushed. What really stood out was the TEAMWORK. Everyone was jumping in to assist me while still fairly helping other patients. It was busy, but you would never feel overlooked. The positive energy in that place is unmatched! Vanessa and Ashanti — you both made check-in completely effortless and welcoming. Dr. Hartz — your light, friendly banter made the experience enjoyable, and I truly appreciated how you took the time to educate rather than rush. The fact that you're the only optometrist there handling so many patients speaks volumes about your skill and strength! Walter — thank you for going to the ends of the earth to find sample contacts in my exact prescription. You understood the mission and stayed determined to help, and that did not go unnoticed! Mary — thank you for running my insurance, breaking down my options, and getting my contact order placed smoothly. I saw how busy it got, and this team handled EVERYTHING like absolute champs. The new standard has been set — I will definitely be back!!

The doctor here is really kind. The staff are helpful and the wait isn't bad. I love that they now have glasses of all prices ranges including designer, last call and some nice and lower costs options. Something for everyone. It also seems to have been renovated recently.
