I had a great experience at For Eyes. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Kenny was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I found the right eyewear for my needs. The eye exam was thorough, and the staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. Everyone made me feel comfortable and valued as a customer. The entire experience was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I stopped by with a pair of sunglasses that had lost the correct screw, causing the lens to pop out. Keny and Amber were incredibly helpful and got them fixed quickly. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy. It’s rare to find customer service this good these days. Thanks again to Keny and Amber for taking great care of me—I highly recommend this office!

So… I stepped on my favorite glasses this morning. Lame! A simple search led me to For Eyes which was right down the street. After giving my “broken” glasses to Deon, he looked at them for a moment and simply said…”I got ya” …5 minutes later he handed them back and they were back to normal! I was dumbstruck. I truly thought that they may have been ruined. I, of course asked what do I owe you, and he simply said, free of charge, and that is their policy. What????? No one does free anymore!! Maestro Deon really helped me out. Thank you Deon and For Eyes! Oh, and by the way…I was also impressed by their selection of frames. Lots of options I’ll definitely be back
