Sequoia took the time to educate me about the Ray-Ban Meta glasses I was interested in and helped me select the perfect style for my Mother’s Day gift. Her knowledge, professionalism, and honest guidance made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. What impressed me most was her commitment to customer satisfaction even after my glasses arrived. When I needed a few minor adjustments to ensure the perfect fit, she was happy to help and made sure everything was just right. I am writing this review from the store because of the absolutly AMAZING service I am receiving from Sequoia in selecting frames (notice the plural). She's professional, knowledgeable, caring, and personable. The friendly, professional atmosphere was experienced from my 1st step in the door. I walked in on a hunch for an eye exam, and the staff greeted me with a welcoming smile and took great care with prescreening me before seeing the doctor. Dr. Motamedi also gave a great exam, and dropped some useful knowledge on me relative to the benefits of in-store purchase of progressive lenses vs online. And I am glad he did as I listened to his advice and purchased glasses in store.....pause review cause I am still looking at frames...... I'm back. I am so happy with the service and prices of the glasses. After coming in on a humble expecting to walk out with a prescription only to order glasses on line, I ended up purchasing three pairs of progressives. I could not be happier! Get your eye exam and glasses here, you won't be disappointed.
