My experience was very disappointing. There were no other patients at the office—only us—and it still took about an hour and a half before we were called. The wait time was excessive, and no one explained the reason for the delay. I hope they improve their organization and show more respect for their patients’ time.”
Long wait time to see the doc. Very small selection for insurance frames and no they don’t tell you that before hand. The staff was lovely however the Dominican woman with the bob cut straight hair a little dark skin. Very rude and nasty. If she wants to help you don’t bother her or you’ll be dealing with the worst attitude for a social positive job position. Great optical but the one lady will be the reason I tell everyone that lives on Fordham as well to go else where.
I had a wonderful experience at Fordham Vision Center. The staff was friendly, professional, and very welcoming from the moment I walked in. The eye exam was thorough, and everything was explained clearly. They took the time to answer my questions and helped me choose the right glasses for my needs. The service was efficient, and I felt well cared for throughout my visit.
Although the service was great and the workers are very kind and nice, whoever is running the business and in charge of sending snd receiving your glasses sucks! When I paid out of pocket, I received my glasses in 2 weeks, this time life is lifing and I had to take out a payment plan… well it’s been almost 30 days and I don’t have my glasses which I need. This will be the last time I do business with such an irresponsible business who puts money first.
Absolutely the best experience I have had in along time. Not only the frames are reasonably priced but the woman working there are very friendly, informed, and knowledgeable. This is a hidden gem and I will be back! Best glasses store in Forhdam!
