First visit with Dr. Burt - he’s great! The office is nice and bright and the staff is very friendly. I would highly recommend Dr. Burt, he listens and explains everything-very thorough!

I was directed to this location by Maui Jim to order some replacement lenses for my sunglasses, as it would be faster than sending them in. After calling and scheduling an appointment, I arrived on time and was told to sit and someone would be with me. After waiting extra long while the staff worked on organizing and taking a group photo, I was finally able to select my replacement lenses. When I was quoted $475, I assumed the lady was confused and thought I had prescription lenses. After explaining I had regular lenses, and that I was told the cost should be $75 plus shipping by Maui Jim, I was told that they would still charge me $475. I even called Maui Jim back to verify I wasn’t given incorrect information when I spoke with them earlier. They confirmed the pricing and apologized, stating that each location can make their own policies. They said they would no longer recommend this location to customers. I would agree and also wonder what else they are over charging for, if they tried to collect $400 extra for simply ordering some sunglass lenses!

I was visiting from Texas and the airline lost my luggage, and with that, my daily contacts. I reached out to this facility and they kindly asked me to come in to figure out a plan. They were able to use my recent prescription and provide some contact samples. Carol and Olivia at the front desk were helpful through the whole process and Eliza, the clinic manager, was also helpful, knowledgeable, and overall kind during this unfortunate circumstance I found myself in. I also met Dr. Stucke who was friendly. I appreciate the generosity and willingness of this staff to help me out when they weren’t getting anything in return. I do have family in the area and will be referring them to this practice.

dr Burt is probably the better doctor I’ve ever had in my eyes and believe me I’ve had some problems. He’s been thorough very easy to talk to and just the guy to go to.
