HORRIBLE !! They didn’t take me in as a patient anymore because I missed appointments back in 2022! POST PANDEMIC- so much going on, sickness etc and they don’t make an exception. Not a single change to get my eyes checked. Maybe charge me a fee to come back but to ban me is insane lol. I see why they’re rated 2 stars !!

I’ve been coming to Forest Park Eye Care for over 13 years, and this is the first time I’ve had such a bad experience. The glasses I received were terrible and had to be redone. The front desk and lens department customer service has really gone downhill—it feels like they don’t care anymore, which is very disappointing for a long-time patient. I do want to give🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟stars to the young lady who helped me at the beginning—she was kind and professional. What I have have always have received from for eye care unfortunately that’s gone.

I've seen Dr. Brittany’s since I was a little girl but after my experience with the front desk today, I am deeply disappointed. After moving back to the area, I called to schedule an appointment only to be told I am on a 'do not book' list for three past missed appointments. Two of these dates occurred over years ago when I was a minor, mind you I'm (30 years old now ) and the third one was a misunderstanding during COVID-19 protocols which they marked that I didn't attend when I did and had to wait outside their parking lot to be called in to be seen .When I attempted to explain this, the staff member was incredibly dismissive, repeatedly interrupted me, and spoke with a sarcastic tone. she told me to call my insurance to find a new doctor and hung up. It is heartbreaking to be treated this way .I hope management addresses the lack of professionalism .

Thorough, professional. They take the time to explain pros and cons of different options. I am confident that they are knowledgeable about evidence based practices and implement with fidelity.

I had such a great experience at Forest Park Eye Care! The entire staff is warm, welcoming, and truly takes the time to break everything down so it’s easy to understand. You can tell they really care about their patients and go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable. A special thank you to Alyssa—she made my eye exam such a smooth and stress-free process. She was not only professional and thorough, but also genuinely kind and attentive. She even listened when I shared how challenging it can be working with customers, and she laughed along with me when I tried to lighten the mood with some jokes. That really meant a lot because not everyone takes the time to connect with you like that. If you’re looking for an eye care office with amazing service, a friendly team, and staff who truly listen, Forest Park Eye Care is the place to go. Highly recommend!
