This was the fastest eye exam I’ve ever had- I’m not saying that was a good thing!! It was too fast, they gave me the wrong prescription & I had to go back and be re-examined… after I had difficulty reading the eye chart they then looked at my eye and said I had cataracts… Not until then did the doctor look at my eyes! When I return to have my prescription corrected, I did not even see the doctor, and assistant. Help helped me with the new prescription, which I found odd! I would not recommend this place! The first time it was so crowded, the second time was much better, but as I said above, I didn’t even see the doctor.

I have been going to Forney Eye Associates for 3 years since my old eye doctor retired. The staff is very attentive and helpful. Dr. Tran has been great. He always takes the time to explain what he’s doing and why. I have never felt rushed during my appointments.

The staff at Forney Eye Associates is top notch! Friendly, responsive to needs and questions, they go above and beyond. The doctor was efficient, informative, and friendly. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Forney Eye Associates. The service was top notch, speedy and everyone was friendly. I got in at my scheduled time and was out very quickly. I can’t wait to get my new glasses😊!

The customer service personnel was very courteous and helpful. When admitted, the technician demonstrated immense knowledge of the process and invited the Doctor who went through my images and discussed the way forward. My medication (eye drops) was sent to the nearest CVS to my home. A follow up appointment was made. In all, the institution was clean and personnel adequately knowledgeable and I would sincerely recommend them to friends and family.
