I had an appointment today with Fort Steuben Ophthalmologists and saw Dr. Christopher C. Long for the first time👀 Everyone at the office— from the front desk staff, eye screening, helping me pick out glasses, to checkout — were absolutely fantastic🏆 They truly took the extra time and care to make the entire experience easy and comfortable🫶🏼 I’m still thinking about how different I could see during the exam👓👀🏥 I honestly cannot remember the last time my vision was that sharp and clear, and now I’m even more excited for my new glasses to come in! What stood out even more was how kind and respectful everyone was regarding Jazzy. No one rushed me or made me feel like I was taking up too much space or was a burden — which was such a welcomed change🙏🏻 While Dr. Long is not the provider handling my yearly diabetic dilation exams, I really appreciated that he requested my records from UPMC Vision Institute so everyone stays informed and on the same page regarding my eye care. That level of communication and thoroughness means a lot🙏🏻 I’m incredibly grateful for the compassion, professionalism, and patience shown by everyone in the office. Thank you all for making what can sometimes be a stressful experience feel so positive, it’s truly appreciated🙏🏻
