I asked them if I was eligible by my insurance for an exam, they told me yes. When I received my glasses they didn’t fit so I could read at all so I’ve have been using my old glasses. Also nobody there offered to adjust them. 9 months later I was called to pay the exam bill as insurance said it was to early for an exam. Sloppy work☹️
I was so happy with my experience at Four Seasons! Doctor and staff were all very helpful and friendly. Ordered glasses & contacts, which only took about a week to come in. I’m so thankful to have found an eye doctor that I feel comfortable bringing my whole family to.
Had a bad experience trying to get into a early appointment before work. Wrote a bad review. Someone called me to try to correct my issue and help me get scheduled for a new appointment. Super impressed with the follow up
The Lady Doctor was very nice & I found out that my eyes have changed again & so I have to go back here for new glasses! 😲🙂❤️🤓
Extremely positive experience with this office! Isaac and Dr. Grant made every step of the process easy and, dare I say, pleasant? I usually hate getting my annual eye exam, but I think I left the office in a better mood than I was in beforehand! This is like the “Chick-fil-A of eye offices. I can hardly wait for my next annual visit!
