I wish we found Dr. Frick and his staff sooner. Needed last minute appointment to use FSA dollars. They were able to fit in two appointments next day. Took care of insurance validation. Quick eye exam with state of the art tools. Dr. Frick answered all our questions. Kelly was so patient helping with new smart glasses. We will be regulars from now on. Highly recommend.
As you walk in, you are greeted by the receptionist (Kelly) in a very welcoming voice. Timing was impeccable and the wait was not lengthy. The doctor was very respectful and straight forward. I would recommend them for the quality of service and thorough explanation of the exams performed. 🙌⭐️
I was seeing a eye clinic prior to Maple Grove Vision Clinic that did not inform me they were not in network with my insurance. I then found this Eye Clinic through my insurance and was nervous I was going to have to go through the whole eye exam process again. I called in and explained to Kelly that I have an updated prescription and if I would be able to use that, she confirmed I would. I came in same day pick out glasses and order my contacts and was in and out in less than an hour. Kelly made my eye glasses shopping experience seamless and helped me with being honest in how certain eye glasses frames looked. One of the best experiences I've had at an eye clinic. I will be transferring my care to this clinic. Highly recommend.
Dr. Frick is an exceptional eye physician! He took the time to genuinely listen to all of my concerns. He explained my diagnosis in a way that was easy to understand, and never made me feel rushed. The clinic staff Kelly was also friendly and the waiting time was minimal. Highly recommend to this clinic!
I was so happy with my visit today. The Doctor and the assistant were amazing. Very friendly and helpful. I felt at ease and everything was very well explained. At a time where I am dealing with some medical issues it was nice to finally have a stress free experience. Thank you so much.
