I had such a wonderful appointment with Dr. Truong. I hadn’t had an eye exam for a while and was looking for a new doctor, and am so happy to have found Dr. Truong and her team. She answered all my questions, diagnosed exactly what was going on, and made sure I had everything I needed for my updated prescriptions. Leslie was also so professional and wonderful to work with. Highly recommend Frame + Sight!
I knew when someone on Reddit recommended Frame + Sight Optometry to me, I was not going to be disappointed but Dr. Truong and her team exceeded my expectations. To put it simply you can feel when someone leads with patience and care and that’s what I felt though out my entire visit. From the moment I was greeted over the phone to schedule my first appointment , to the moment I left…I felt seen, heard, and consider. (Also they have super cute frames!)
First time coming here for an eye exam and everything went smoothly! Super easy and convenient to schedule an appointment online and was able to complete forms online before coming in. Staff and Dr. Truong were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. They have such a bright, clean and welcoming location. Definitely recommend Frame and Sight for anyone looking to complete an eye exam and for prescriptions!
A wonderful experience from start to finish. The office is exceptionally clean, modern, and conveniently located off PCH in Long Beach with plenty of easy parking. Both dr. Truong and her assistant were warm, professional, and genuinely kind, making the entire visit very pleasant. The exam was performed using the latest modern technology equipment, giving me full confidence in the results. The doctor took the time to explain everything in simple clear terms. It was my second visit.
This place is absolutely amazing. All four of my family members went including myself because it was definitely time for new lenses. Our optometrist was so clear on what we all needed, providing details on why she suggested what she did. She's easily the best optometrist I've been to. Between her and Leslie the receptionist, they made this overall experience a great one. Leslie was super patient and friendly, helping us with every single question we had. I'm so glad we found this place. If anyone is looking for a new optometry office this is definitely the place to go.
