I am so glad I booked an appointment for my child and I here at Frame and Focus. The girls at front desk were incredibly sweet especially Janet. She was very helpful finding my insurance and was so gentle with my son. Dr. Zaver is an exceptional doctor. She is soft spoken, kind, and friendly. I didn’t know how my soon to be 3 year old would be able to sit through a full eye exam but Dr. Zaver made it look so easy. The office is also very clean and chic. I highly recommend Dr. Zaver and her staff at Frame and Focus.

I've seen Dr. Zaver going on 5 years now. She provides the utmost service as an optometrist. You're not going to find a better one in Richmond. Both my daughters really like Dr. Zaver as well. They find her really nice and that she has a happy disposition. I truly do appreciate Liz's complete honesty and her ability to provide insight on so many frames. We very much look forward to seeing Dr. Zaver, for the many years to come!

Today was my first time visiting Frame & Focus Eye Care and I would like to say my visit was amazing! From the moment I entered the doors Liz greeted me and walked me through the entire process, she was very patient and kind! A warm smile and great energy! I recently visited Frame & Focus Eye Care to get contact lenses, and I’m very happy with the experience. The staff was friendly and professional, taking time to explain different lens options based on my lifestyle and prescription. The fitting process was thorough but quick, and they made sure I was comfortable inserting and removing the lenses before I left. The office was clean and well-organized, and they even gave me a trial pair to test at home. Pricing was transparent, Highly recommend Frame & Focus for anyone needing contacts😬🙂
