Great service! Very friendly and thorough. However, be aware that they don’t do returns. I wasn’t told this at any point. If I would have known this, I wouldn’t have bought my sunglasses from there without actually trying them outdoors first. I know the employees don’t make the (no) return policy, so it’s definitely not on them. However, I do think people should know that prior to purchasing.

Humans don't answer their phones, so I left a voicemail on a Monday morning, and it took until Thursday afternoon to receive a returned call. If they are so busy that it takes 4 days to return a phone call (without apologies for the long delay), I worry about how long it would take to have them assist me with my eyeglass needs.
Great service. Staffs are very kind. My high power pair of glasses are super hard to build. They were very patient and helped me choose the best frame and lens. I often went there for frame adjustments. Even though a lot of times, it was very busy there, they tried to help people as best as they can.
Gale is great. She took care of my dad who had limitations due to Parkinson's. She took her time and was patient and had some great ideas for getting dad just what he needed.
I experienced that the place is very busy and very short staffed which makes for a terrible customer service experience. Staff didn't seem to want to help "make right" a pair of glasses they made for me so I'll be going elsewhere from now on. Refocusing on their customers could really help this place.
