Frames Etc. Inc.

My boyfriend and I had been hunting for glasses today for approximately 4 hours. We couldn’t not seem to find much in the style he wanted. Then again, i don’t know if it was the style we couldn’t find or if the service we got was terrible. I’d say bad customer service. We were on our way home and he said , let’s stop at Frames. So we did. I have to say this was a perfect way to end the hunt for glasses. Perfection at its finest. Great service, great attitude, and extremely helpful. Might I add very knowledgeable about everything. I want to say thank you to Abigail for being so patient and pleasant. The whole experience was the best. Keep it up guys at Frames. You definitely will get all the kudos from us. Thank you, Julie and Jay

The doctor is professional and very intelligent and helpful. Very confident in the services rendered. Would have gave 5 stars except the receptionist and nurses were somewhat impolite and short.

Haven't even had my first visit yet, but I'm already satisfied. They actually answered the phone, unlike my last eye Dr at a certain big brand store, and got me an appt scheduled, only a month out which is still better than my old one. I've heard nothing but good things, excited for my new glasses :)

I gave 3 stars because they are nice but I'm not very happy 1st off I went to eye exam n wanted fit for contacts to well they just gave me eye exam so I had to make another appt. To get fitted for contacts they gave me trial contacts to try for a week n said either come back or call to order contacts if they fit ok well I called n she was supposed to call je back never did I went in she was on lunch break said they would have her call me it's Friday still no call so aggravating I shoulda went with my 1st intuition was gonna go to WalMart so if u want contacts better go somewhere else I guess

I called into their office with a piece of metal lodged in my eys pretty good. They told me to go ahead and come in. So my family and I haul but to her shop. Everything seemed fine getting checked in but once I entered the room that Joanna frame was in the whole atmosphere changed. Remind you I'm in pretty good pain through this. She sat me down and literally started questioning me about why I was late and aggressively showed that she was frustrated. Obviously her employee didn't tell her I was coming from mineral wells. That woman was beyond rude to me and was giving me a earful because she didn't get to leave at 430 and had to weight till I got there at 440. They don't even close until 5 anyhow. Never in my life experienced someone who is supposedly a professional treat so very rude and too blunt with her patience. I left out of there with the metal still in my eye. And her following me out the door saying cruel things. Thought highly of the place until I became her patient and was a couple minutes late. Don't be late folks. Feels like military school if your late.
