My husband and I both are patience of Dr Frank and we wouldn't have it any other way. Dr Frank is the Best! He's honest, caring and he has respect for his patients. his whole staff are very courtesy, polite, and professional. I will always recommend this office, they get a 5 stars from me. Frank eye has been very thorough with my special needs daughter and done a great job working with her to get the best results for her. I'm very pleased. She has been commenting on things she noticed on TV and just regular life that tells us that she's seeing so much more than she has ever. Better than when she did before the cataracts developed! We are very pleased to see this happen! In one picture shows how she's actually getting in booked in the program showing on television!
This is by far the best medical practice I have ever encountered. I suddenly experienced some symptoms indicative of a possible retina detachment, and called them when they first opened that morning. They fit me in an hour later. I received a thorough exam and everyone was very kind. I was extremely nervous and they kept me at ease. Very thankful they are in Ottawa, just down the road from where I live. Definitely the only eye center I will go to in the future.
Dr Frank & Dr Mies have always done a fantastic job of taking care of my eyesight. I appreciate all the staff & the part they take in my vision care as well. They are outstanding in eye healthcare. Thank you all for all you have done for me.
The only complaint I had with my care was my surgery was just not comfortable! I was in alot of pain which they told me was out of the ordinary! Everyone I talked to including my sister felt no discomfort. So not sure why I did. But for the most part it all was great!
