The Eye Doctors

Dr. Kluttz was kind, courteous, and informative. Unfortunately my experience getting prescription sunglasses with the Ottawa office was extremely sub par. Returned 4 times for pickup only to have them fall off of my face each time. The office manager agreed to swap my lenses into the pair that fit me well off of the shelf. Waited nearly a month an a half for her to follow up. She never did. Ended up requesting a refund. Taking my business elsewhere.

We had an appointment for my son and I, but also needed an appointment for my fiance as well the same morning. They were super accommodating and were able to fit him in with us. Our son isnt the easiest to deal with but the whole office was super patient with us. Upon receiving our son's first pair of glasses and watching our 2yr old being able to see for the first time, and having a huge fit to even try on a pair of glasses, to getting his prescription glasses on today, he wont take them off 🥹 our baby boy can see! We give all thanks today to the Eyedoctors in Ottawa Kansas. A special thanks to Dr. Klutz for being so patient with him and all the ladies in the office being so kind and welcoming 🙏 T

Dr Klee is a great mix of professional, thorough, and informative; but keeps the visit relaxed. Lalli helped me pick out my glasses. She was bubbly, knowledgeable, didn’t feed me any garbage or try to upsell anything. Both were great to work with!

Walked in without appt. Told them the problem I was having with my glasses. Saw a Dr. In about 5 minutes and he was able to take care of the problem right away. Everyone was very polite and professional.

Always friendly and professional. I had a good visit. Ordered glasses and can't wait to get them.
