I spent 4 days in the hospital and was treated good by everyone. The nurses did a great job, the pharmacist stopped by to check on me every day to make sure I was getting the medication I needed. The hospitalist, Tonya, went above and beyond to make sure I understood what was going on and the care that I needed. Very satisfied!
The nurses and staff were so friendly! They make you feel like apart of the family! I would give a 15/10. Dr. Ahn was also amazing! Very grateful to have people like that working. They truly show love and compassion for they’re patients…
I recently had shoulder surgery at the hospital surgery center, and my experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff was professional, compassionate, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. From check-in to discharge, everything was organized and efficient. The nurses and surgical team took the time to explain each step, answer my questions, and make sure I felt at ease before the procedure. Their attention to detail and genuine care really stood out. After surgery, the recovery staff monitored me closely and made sure my pain was well controlled before I went home. I truly appreciated how supportive and attentive everyone was during what could have been a stressful experience. I’m very grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend this surgery center to anyone needing a procedure
I had a total knee replacement surgery on March 23, 2026 and from admission to discharge the next day the whole experience was amazing. The nurses from pre-op to discharge were absolutely the nicest, caring and devoted nurses to the care they provided. I never had to ask for a thing because they were always on top of it! The hospital was spotless and the food was delicious. I can’t say enough about Dr. Oster for the wonderful job he did. I would recommend Dr. Oster and Frankfort Regional Medical Center to anyone looking for a fantastic hospital.
🏥 4/5 Stars: Solid Local Care When You Need It! ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Frankfort Regional Hospital feels a bit like an upgraded urgent care with way more tools in the box to handle the trickier situations! 🧰💉 If it’s a super extreme emergency, sure, making the drive to Lexington or Louisville might be the call. But to be completely honest, I’ve had some truly excellent doctors and nurses here who took amazing care of me. The biggest difference? They actually listened. Instead of rushing through or being dismissive, the care team took my concerns seriously and paid attention to what was going on. Having healthcare providers who actually hear you makes a world of difference! Definitely grateful for the compassionate staff working hard behind the scenes here. Keep up the great work! 🙏✨
