Dr. Cook is amazing. She explains everything and makes sure you know what is happening and why. The rest of the staff go out of their way to make your visit the greatest as well. If I could have given 10 ⭐️'s I would've.

Got progressive bifocals for the first time and my eyes wouldn't adjust to them because the sides were so blurry. Went to get them redone to single vision and just found out I won't be getting a refund because my insurance paid a portion of the cost. That would have been nice to know up front. So now I'm out money for a product I no longer have. I also ordered and paid for the 2nd tier progressive lenses but apparently received Tier 1. I feel like I've been lied to and stolen from. All they said they can do at this point is waive the $30 fee for putting the magnets back on my glasses.
First time using vision first arrived and was impressed right away with the lobby area the check in was seamless for a new customer The visit was for my yearly eye exam and was very thorough and the optometrist was easy to talk to and was very helpful I would recommend after my experience today!
Clean office, modern equipment, friendly team! Each team member who worked with me was efficient, organized, and very kind. Jowanna performed all my pre exam tests and imaging - what a pro! Dr. Long explained my test results and discussed my eye health, being sure to address all of my questions. I will refer others to VisionFirst!
Should be zero stars. Completely unprofessional people who do not respect the time of their patients. If you have a job I strongly urge you to go somewhere else. These people do not care about you or your time.
