Great first experience. Dr.Franklin was very kind, empathetic and helpful with my unique situation. Very pleased with my experience. Would highly recommend to others!

Dr. Franklin is a great doctor. He will listen to any concerns you may have. He chats with you a bit as well to make you feel more comfortable. The staff is helpful and efficient. They have several options for glasses and will help you pick out what’s best for you.

I was recommended Dr Franklin by a family member who grew up here in Mt Juliet and everything she said about him turned out to be true. He is a kind and highly intelligent doctor with a wonderful best side manner. I was emailed the new patient paperwork which I loved and helped expedite my check in time. Everyone at the office took the time to read my paperwork to acknowledge that I go by my middle name and referred to me that way while in office. They also took their time during my exam and I never felt rushed while in there. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing an eye exam.

Just wanted to drop a note to share how great of an experience we have had with everyone at Franklin Family Eye Care. They have been our eye care provider for years and never fail to exceed expectations. One a recent visit Nicole went above and beyond to help out with a repair and warranty issue and was fantastic to work with. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an eye care professional.

Dr. Bingham is a fantastic optometrist. He took the time to make sure my lens prescription was accurate and comfortable for me. Outside of the exam room I was assisted in trying on multiple frames. Fantastic selection. I found the pair for me and was told my insurance covered fantastically well and settled up at the counter. Unfortunately upon collection for my frames a few weeks later I was told I owed a little over the same dollar amount I paid after my initial eye exam and frame selection doubling my overall out of pocket cost. Nasty surprise. This was due to a fault of theirs that they “forgot to fill out on the slip.” If inadequacy from your receptionists/frame assurance associates comes at cost to your customer or clientele it’s tough to want to walk back through the door despite the quality of optometrist. “We sent a text advising you of the additional cost” and that text also admitted fault on their part but weren’t willing to eat the cost to ensure that I walk back through the door next time.
