I’ve given this office multiple chances, but I’ve finally reached the point where I have to leave a review. The biggest issue is that appointment times are rarely honored. If you schedule an appointment, be prepared to wait 2-3 hours past your scheduled time. It seems like the office overbooks appointments while also trying to accommodate walk-ins, and the result is extremely long wait times for everyone. I’ve also had a telehealth appointments today . I wasn’t called for my scheduled telehealth visit. When I contacted the office to find out what was going on, I was told they were busy seeing patients who came into the office. While I understand things happen, telehealth patients deserve the same respect and consideration as those who come in person. I’ve brought these concerns to management, but I haven’t seen any meaningful changes. It feels like the complaints aren’t taken seriously. I truly miss when Dr. Ward was here. In my personal experience, the Adult Medicine department has declined since then. If you decide to become a patient here, just know that you should expect significant delays, even with a scheduled appointment. Your time is valuable, and in my opinion, you may want to consider another practice that places a higher priority on respecting patients’ time and providing a better overall experience.

my appointment was at 230 and I was still there at 445 very mad 😡 when the Dr finally came in my room he was there less then 3 min and told me I was good to go. Also I could hear the staff talking about how mad I was about the wait. They were laughing and cutting up very unprofessional.

Very disappointed by the telephone staff making appointments. Very rude and dismissive. They cut you off and transfer you or put you on hold mid sentence. I hope someone reviews the calls and can verify this. Background noise, putting on headphones while speaking, not listening when I made questions. "I'll transfer you to someone else... click". Can I at least know who I will be transfered to? Can I at least get their number so I can call them in case i get disconnected?

Showed up 15minutes early for appointment at 1:30. Taken back to exam room at 1:50. Walked out of without being seen after waiting in exam room for over an hour without a word. You can’t ask people to hold a strict schedule when you can’t be bothered to hold one yourselves.

Unprofessional I sat in a room a hr and 31minutes listening to the staff laugh and talk about how slow they are and taking pictures. I guess they forgot about work.
