I have been going to FS Eye Care for many years. Everyone is very nice, professional and helpful. The office runs on time, takes care of insurance and gets your glasses/contacts quickly. Dr George and Jason are part of the community and it shows!
I had a great experience with Franklin Square Eye Care. I stopped in because my current eye doctor wouldn’t provide me with my PD (which felt really frustrating, especially since it’s my own information). Even though I’m not a patient there, Ignacio and Guillermo were incredibly kind and helpful. They took the time to assist me without hesitation and made the whole process easy and stress-free. It really says a lot about a place when they’re willing to help someone who isn’t even a patient. Because of how I was treated, I’ll definitely be switching over to them for my future eye care needs. Highly recommend!
I had a great experience at this eye care office when I took my dad for his appointment. The doctor was incredibly kind and patient, especially since my dad doesn’t speak English and I had to translate throughout the visit. She took her time, answered all of his questions, and made sure he felt comfortable and understood everything. A special thank you to the office manager, Guillermo, who spoke Spanish, this made a huge difference for us. He was very friendly, helpful, and took the time to clearly explain everything to my dad. Overall, the staff was welcoming, professional, and truly caring. I would highly recommend this office to anyone in need of eye exams, glasses, or general eye care.
I’ve had a very positive experience at Franklin Square Eye Care. The doctors are kind, helpful & welcoming. A special shoutout to Ignacio! I needed to pick up my contacts which I had already paid for - but I had my infant & toddler in the car. Ignacio brought out the contacts to the car for me so I would not have to buckle & unbuckle 2 children. Thank you, Ignacio!
Excellent service and prompt appointments. I called in for an emergency appointment and they put me in and thank god I feel more confident knowing I can trust this provider going forward. Have not seen an eye care provider such this in a long time. Thank you!
