This optical shop is an experience!!! My whole family loves the owner and staff so much we stop by for fun. We thoroughly enjoy getting our exam at a place that is kind and caring. I had an excellent experience with the ladies at Freedom Optical! They were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the location was beautiful and spotless. Their customer care is truly top-notch! They prioritize their patients and take the time to ensure you feel informed and cared for. I was impressed with how thoroughly they explained everything and educated me about my eye health. The technology they use is state-of-the-art, and this was my first time having a Tele-visit with the doctor to review my test results—it was seamless and very informative. I also had some additional exams that I’ve never experienced at other offices, which made me feel confident in the thoroughness of their care. I highly recommend Freedom Optical for anyone looking for exceptional eye care!
