I actually enjoy my visits with Dr. Cortez. She is very kind, thorough and anticipates questions with great explanations. The office staff is always kind and congenial. The receptionist easily puts me at ease. Five stars plus!
Very friendly polite and patient staff. My son LOVED the examiner Nicole, and the staff was all very nice. Didn’t hardly have to wait for the doctor to come in the room both times. We had a great experience and so glad we chose to go here !!! 200% recommend!!
Brought my daughter to get her eyes examined because she complains she can't see. The lady at the reception refused to use the insurance card I've been using for 2 to 3 years, to run her insurance. She tried saying the numbers wouldn't match on the new card that was on the card I had, but that would be impossible as I've used it many times over the course of 2 years and even her dentist earlier in the month. It takes 1 phone call to verify with the numbers on the card as that's literally what I did after I left. If the card didn't work we would have bills out of our ears. Lazy receptionists dont want to do their jobs, could have literally verified all information over the phone. Don't waste your time. It only takes 1 phone call to the insurance to verify insurance as I did.
Excellent as always! I had some issues going on with my eye and Dr Cortes took her time and listened to all my questions and answered them! She is the best and really cares about her patients! Im grateful for her and told her at my visit that I would have to follow her if she ever left Chatham! All of the staff is wonderful! Just makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave!
Everyone was very attentive, they transitioned you from space to space and were careful to help you. The exam was very thorough and they explained everything, answered all questions. A very positive experience. Thank you guys.
