River City Optical

Talk about great customer service 👏 I recently stopped by River City Optical and had such a good experience. Amber helped me find the perfect pair of glasses and even surprised me with a few extra goodies. When I showed everything to a coworker, she loved it just as much. I reached out to see if more were available, and Amber didn’t hesitate. She let me know more were on the way and made sure I could get some. It’s those little extra touches that really stand out. If you haven’t checked them out yet, it’s definitely worth a visit 😊

We love River City Optical! Amber is incredibly warm and welcoming. We recently got new glasses for my teenage daughter, and the customer service was exceptional from start to finish. She had so many cute frame styles to choose from, the prices were very reasonable, and she accepted our insurance, which made everything even easier. We never felt rushed and truly appreciated the personal attention we received. River City Optical is a great place for quality eyewear and outstanding customer service!

The customer service at River City Optical was excellent. Amber was extremely helpful choosing the proper pair of glasses. After choosing the style I liked, she ordered me s pair in a different color frame that she didn’t have in stock. I have received many compliments on my glasses. Thank you again for your help selecting my glasses.

I saw River City Optical on post on Facebook and read the comments, that they can use your own frames to get new lenses. I sent a txt message to the phone listed and received an immediate response from Ms. Amber M. She answered all my questions. The next week, I sent a txt before business hours to see If I could get an appointment, and she responded immediately AND saw me immediately ! Amber made the process painless and went through all my options and insurance benefits. I highly recommend this small Optical business in our community. They have a great selection.
