As much as I want to gatekeep Dr. Annie I have to give her flowers now for how amazing and sweet she is. Every appointment is a pleasure and I get better insight on my vision care needs. Just got a new set of frames and can't wait til they come in!
Dr. Tran was friendly, professional and highly skilled. I would recommend her to anyone. Kyle was pleasant and accommodating. The front office staff, however, need much customer service training and its a shame that they are the "face" of Friendly Eyes Optometry.
The staff was very efficient and friendly. They have state of the art equipment with digital retina imaging which shows the health of your eyes. I could easily get on the schedule without waiting a week and my glasses came within 2 days!
I love seeing Dr. Tran and staff for my annual eye exam! I had gone to another optometrist who fitted me for the wrong size contact lenses. I thought I just couldn’t wear contacts, but Dr. Tran fitted me for comfortable contacts and now I wear them comfortably all day. I can’t recommend her enough!
A+ customer service. Kyle Chris and Dr Tran were amazing in every aspect. Best experience ever at an eye appointment. Thank you! P.S. the last glasses I got at the same Lenscrafters never needed repair in 6 years. Definitely recommend.
