All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. They took their time and explained each step of the the eye exam so that you knew what to expect. The young lady assisting me with finding the right frame for my glasses and ensuring that it would fit my face was patient and very helpful. She gave me plenty of time to make my decision. This was a pleasant experience.

The "new" eye dr was a bit dry, but professional. So it was a good experience after all. The receptionist and the person assisting were excellent. Efficient and made you feel good being there.
Consistently exceptional. Dr. Staci Walters runs a first-class operation, and her staff proves it every visit. Michael is in a league of his own when it comes to customer service—he doesn’t just help, he delivers. My wife and I don’t go anywhere else. Period.
I arrived a few minutes before my appointment time, but I didn’t have to wait long. Everyone was very professional and efficient. The doctor was very friendly and explained everything to me. I feel confident in my new prescription and new lenses.
