Experience was comfortable and quick! The workers were all very welcoming and polite. I’m really happy with my glasses frames + prescriptions. The communication with the actual eye doctor themselves was actually quite simple and great. Despite it being virtual everything was done perfectly. My prescriptions are perfect! Thank you

Lorena & Aaron (and the rest of the staff) are very professional, kind, and helpful. All the doctors are thorough & punctual. The store's selection is plentiful & prices are reasonable. The store's location in Int'l Mall has ample parking & is easy to arrive at (just inside a side entrance to the mall.) I highly recommend this store!

Friendly and professional service, had an appointment which went seamlessly. Maria was very also very instrumental in making this the total experience a pleasant one. Would not hesitate to refer friends and family to Lenscrafters.

Great experience. Had an appointment for 10:30. Clean and peaceful. Exam went smoothly. Jeanette was very nice. She explained everything clearly and throughly. . Doctor visit via video chat was very interesting and efficient. Doctor was polite and explained things clearly. Helped me pick out a new frame. Answered a couple questions. the entire visit took less then 30 minutes. Organized and friendly staff.
