I would not use this facility. When you book the appointment, they do not tell you that they do telehealth optometry. They tell you after you arrive for your appointment. Doesn't seem like a big deal, however their doctors will only write your contact prescription for 1 year vs the 2 years that you normally get with daily wear contact lenses in the state of Florida. They force you to come back for another eye exam. Not worth it.

The technician (I can't remember his name) was fantastic. He was patient, welcoming and answered all my questions thoroughly. Both he and the Dr enjoy their jobs and it shines through. This was my first telehealth visit. It was very positive. I hope the staff is this good when I come back next year.
Customer service was amazing. The young man that performed all my tests was a true delight. He explained every step in detail. 10/10 recommend!!!
Workers were polite, but had to do all the tests over when the vide doctor saw the results. Office was not outfitted for elderly or handicapped persons. (Rolling chairs very bad.) Workers whispered to each other, which is rude. Results were fine, but I really didn't like the virtual doctor experience.
